There arent many pictures out there which sucks. Had my first consultation today and ps told me I could do the Xtras in hp 595ccs or the regular hp in 450cc and Im not sure what to choose? Ba 6-19-18. Great implant! No rippling. Feels very soft. Gives great upper pole fullness. It is over filled and the shell is thinner but stronger. Did you try on sizers? That's the biggest difference is cc amount. I have natrelle's version of the xtra in extra full which is like uhp. I love them. I Love the Xtra so much more. The overfilling helps hold the shape. If you are starting with decent breast tissue either will be fine but if you have very little I think the Xtra are the way to go! I’m 5’5 130lbs so I can pull off a larger sized implant but I’m scared of being too ball looking on my chest. I really wanted to downsize but I have very little natural tissue and thin skin. The overfilliing of the Xtra helped keep the shape and no ripples that I had with the regular mentors. They still slope. The natrelle inspira is even more "round" than the mentor xtra and mine don't look like balls at all. That's why I said the difference is in the cc amount. That’s awesome, I would love to follow your story and if you’re willing to show pictures. My avatar is at 4 months. I think it’s clear enough so you can see how it looks. I do think mine actually look bolted on but that’s because of the size and how perky and round they are. I’d imagine anything in this size on me would look bolted on unless they’re anatomical. They are soft though and almost feel real.
